Returns

Period: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.

How to Initiate: To return a product, email info@shopgreythorne.com with your order number, reason for return, any photos if the product is damaged, and your contact details.
Refunds

Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to approve or deny your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@shopgreythorne.com.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be shipped to China, with costs starting from £20, to be paid by the customer.
Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after placement due to our automated system.
